Sheryl-Underwood
Sheryl Underwood is an American television host, comedian and performer best known for hosting the popular daytime talk show The Talk. She was raised by Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl is from a troubled family. Sheryl was fostered by her sister Frankie. Frankie had suffered from Polio. Growing up, she had an uneasy relationship with her mother. Sheryl claims that in an incident, she was stabbed by her father because he was getting too close to her. Sheryl when she graduated from college and joining the army, was an active participant in. However, her interests lay in comedy. She was the first female winner of the Miller Lite Comedy Search in 1989. She launched her TV career in 1992 having a frequent appearance as a comedian on HBO's comedy show Def Comedy Jam. She hosted a show on television at the time of her debut on Oh Drama! She is currently a guest co-host for Talk Talk since 2011. Additionally, she's played fictional roles in series like Bulworth Nikki as well as Beauty Shop.
