
Stephanie Sigman, a Mexican-American actress. Her first role was in Miss Bala, a Mexican crime-drama film. She then appeared in Pioneer (2013), Spectre (2015) and Going Under (2016). Sigman was a prominent character in Narcos (2015), S.W.A.T. (2017) and the second season of both series. Sigman was born to the family of a Mexican mom and an American dad, Lee Sigman, who is a New York Yankees scout. By virtue of her father, she's a U.S. citizen. [2][3][4] Her brother who is a the baseball player Kenneth Ray Sigman, was once married to actress Barbara Mori Sigman began her career in the field of Mexican television, before making her debut on film in Rio de Oro. She played the principal role in Laura Guerrero (Miss Bala), a Mexican crime-drama. [6] The film was chosen for consideration as the Mexican entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 84th Academy Awards. but it did not make the final cut. For her performance in the film Sigman was nominated in the year 2011 for the Dublin Film Critics Circle Award.
